A decision from the JAD session on March 12, 2024: The GSPC Report will be a single report returning all three scenarios. Users who have entered ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ will have complete information returned on the report (Full Name, Agency, Bureau, etc.). Users who do not respond will be displayed on the report with just their email address.
Discussed during sprint planning for Sprint 31, This report will not include parameters at this time to filter by date range. The MVP version of this is all that is needed at this time.
Acceptance Criteria updated based on discussion during stand-up on Thursday, May 23, 2024. Lora stated that the fourth bullet (# of those on the list that met the course requirements but did not verify experience (i.e., # of those that did not enter the system to answer the experience question) or did not meet experience requirement at all (# of those that answered NO to the experience question) is no longer needed.

Moving to done, thank you!
As an administrator, I would like to run a report that shows which users obtained a GSPC and how many did not.
