Describe the bug

• The current date picker reads November 2024 as in the past (currently April 2024)
• The current date picker occasionally changes the selected date on year completion.

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Date in the past Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Admin GSP invite
2. Select a date in Nov of 2024 and attempt to submit
3. See the validation error of it being in the past

To Reproduce Occasionally changes

1. Go to Admin GSP invite
2. Select the 30th of Nov of 2024
3. See the date change after the year entered

Expected behavior No validation error and the date doesn't change on its own.
