CxCollectionDetail details used to have to select a Service. Now, that is done at the CxCollection level.

[ ] run report on service_ids between the objects. address any discrepancies manually
[x] remove CxCollectionDetail.service_id field
[x] ensure CxCollectionDetail.service_id field is removed from reports, APIs, and documentation
