It should be clear who the primary creator, maintainer, and facilitator is for each of these initiatives:
Federal?
Non-federal?
Vendor?
NGO
Because this is a .gov and federal resource, federal initiatives like DATA Act, FDGC, WH PDI, NIST meetings and opportunities for public comment, etc should in my view be prioritized.
If it is not a federal initiative those partners' roles in the federation should be as explicit as possible and these initiatives should be flagged separately. There should be a disclaimer that you are leaving a federal website when you are directed to these initiative's websites.
