While working on #181 and utilizing Spring '23 scratch orgs, the Lightning Web Security setting caused the Jasmine test suite to fail to run. Turning off Lightning Web Security enables the test suite to run.
Propose that the scratch org definition file be updated so that this setting is turned off in scratch orgs.
