All website managers have the ability to access to the Digital Analytics Program.
Site Scanner can show which sites have analytics: https://digital.gov/guides/site-scanning/understand-the-data/.
The Website Inventory has a place to indicate DAP or not. For websites that do not have DAP installed, generate a task in the website's respective backlog to do so. After installing DAP, Website Manager indicates in the Website Inventory analytics is installed.
It makes sense that that the org may want to understand what is being done with those analytics and if there are any obstacles in making good use of the data. But, this concept needs more definition, a user, and supporting process.
