Given a page hosts a user survey When a user submits a survey Then the data is made accessible to me

Background

Met with OSC specialists who have access to data collected by gsa.gov page-level user surveys. Introduced to the Tableau dashboard they are developing to deliver the results of those surveys to users without a commercial license. Dashboard looks like it would support "Benchmark and share data on standard questions." objective under 3(a)(6) of Implementation Plan.

Challenge

Contract changing, necessitates transition to different software platform next month. Users assured that survey workflow will not be impacted, but it is unknown exactly how this will occur. Unknown how existing workflow of connecting data to dashboard will be affected. Unknowns preventing testing and roll out.

Solution

Wait for transition, learn new platform, and assess impact. If existing fields are preserved, then workflow disruption would be minimal. Stakeholders comparing notes and establishing regular touchpoints.
