Promote the Web Analytics and Optimization Community of Practice to cultivate a community of DAP experts and contributors at GSA, and improve use of web analytics data to drive improvements to GSA sites

Some ideas for definition of done:

Comms Plan

[ ] develop a Comms plan to communicate channels, which content, what action we want them to take
- [ ] send email to Website Managers and the CoP. (can this be posted on a site).
[ ] execute the Comms plan
[ ] have Website Managers meet with Tim Lowden

Goals/work

Requirements: have DAP on sites

[ ] perform a GSA audit to ensure all active websites have DAP, or have considered it. share the results with the Digital Council.
- [ ] ask website manager if they're making decisions based on DAP, or, do they need some help?
[ ] goal: increase the number of signups for the CoP
