Ensure all sites follow the Eight Principles of Mobile-Friendliness.
User Story
As a member of the Design & UX Working Group
I want to ensure all GSA sites follow the eight principles of mobile friendliness
So that when a customer visits a GSA site, it works well on my mobile device
Acceptance Criteria
Given I'm a GSA customer
When I visit a GSA website using my phone
Then the site renders and works properly
What could we do? What do we need to do that we aren't doing?
[ ] explore mobile behaviors (some can be problematic, like closing a menu you click on to find out more)
[ ] explore digital dashboard tool has a mobile friendliness scoring element (reqs max.gov login, checks for HTTPS, infrastructure, still requires human element)
[ ] get reports for all GSA sites and then target guidance toward those under certain threshold
[x] ask Patrick Son what has been done/is being done for mobile requirements
[x] ask Marina Fox for demo
[ ] recommend content creators preview content in mobile (right click on page, inspect, click on phone icon, see how it appears)
[ ] recommend content creators use clear headers, stack information in order of priority, offer clear calls to action
