Incorrect message when trying to build large/small shield dome that was already built

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Make sure that you have constructed a large/small shield dome
2.Tap on it
3.You get a message Title:"not available", content:"Not enough resources. 
Buildable in:0s"  

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
something like "small/large shield dome can only be built once"

What version of the product are you using?
0.4.5

What server and universe do you play on?
UK, uni 42
