Hostile Fleets still not showing! #79

Me again ;)
I remember this issue was marked as solved once, but today I noticed hostile 
fleets aren't showing up (again).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get someone to attack you.
2. Watch his/her fleet don't appear in the fleet movement overview.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Hostile fleets won't show up in the fleet movement overview.

What version of the product are you using?
6.3

What server and universe do you play on?
DE - IO

Do you have any premium features enabled?
yes
