Research tab, then crash #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click research, the App crashes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To be able to do research and not have it crash

What version of the product are you using?
0.6.5

What server and universe do you play on?
US Fornax

Do you have any premium features enabled?
Yes

Please provide any additional information below.
(phone model, android version, error is only on WiFi and or mobile
connection)

Droid 3, Stock Android 2.3.4, error is on a mobile connection.  I have tried 
every other tab, they all work fine.
