Add recipients to email

I believe that this PR contains the remaining items we discussed in #52. In this PR:

A fix (for good I believe) for the layout issue. I still haven't been able to duplicate it, but I switched to using the bootstrap grid rather than floating divs.
Notification about selected people who do not have email addresses.
Updating the count of people receiving the email.
