PS : I should have added that I tried unpairing/re-pairing the phone twice and I also tried this morning to reinstall GSConnect. None of it had any effect on the bug.
Was this log created using the Generate Support Log feature? There doesn't seem to be anything related to GSConnect here at all.
Yes, it was. So obviously I did not get the informative part… Sorry about that. Below are the four preceding minutes from the same log. I redacted the parts that are not related to GSConnect.

Doesn't look like the phone has sent any notifications to GSConnect, so the problem must be elsewhere.
Ok, so I did a full purge of both GSConnect on the computer and KDE Connect on the phone, rebooted them both, reinstalled both apps, and now notifications are received by the computer again. I think for some reason KDE Connect was not authorized anymore by the phone to access notifications. Therefore the problem was not related to GSConnect, as you thought.
Sorry for the disturbance.
Describe the bug
When I receive a Signal message, or a K9mail mail, or anything else that triggers a notification on my phone, the computer does not display a notification. It did worked a few days ago but suddenly stopped working. I believe that both GSConnect (on the computer) and KDE Connect (on the phone) settings are correct and therefore the problem is not due to an unchecked box but is a bug indeed.
Steps To Reproduce:
Expected behavior
I expect to receive notifications on my computer.
Support Log Below is the part of a log when I received Signal messages and no notifications were received by my computer. I can provide previous lines of the log if you need them.
