Common adapter #50

Integration of App-core using common-adapter. As per requested. New Service + Adapter has been created. and exposed as "/api/v1/common"

modification of "app-roaming/src/components/pages/deal-timeline/Timeline.vue" is important.

as there is specific changes in getting signatures from the common-adapter that is different from blockchainService.

to test, the branch at
https://github.com/GSMA-CPAS/BWRP-development-setup -b common-adaper-integration Is setup to use this new UI branch. please checkout and go through the same "setup" process to test end2end. (like the demo on tuesday)
