Make blockchain transactions and signature details visible in UI #52

[ ] Give feedback in UI once blockchain transaction was successful (display green popup with transaction ID)
[x] Give feedback in UI if transaction fails (red popup with notification that transaction failed, optionally with error code)
[x] Show user signature details in UI (in signature overview)
[x] Show blockchain transactions in contract history view

to show "blockchain transcation", we need to expose new API via common-adapter + blockchain-adapter. what kind of "details" are we going to show that means something to the "user"/"client"?

especially we have focus to make sure the transition is anonymous.

@andswk as per discussed separately, can we have a discussion. What is the "best" name/key we should use to return this "transaction id“ on the common_adapter.

bear in mind, from a design perspective, potentially in the future, when there is multi-ledger scenario, its better to be able to tell which belongs to which per-say.
