On the settlement report, each Party will have to accept it or reject it.
1/ Accepting the settlement:
When 1 party "accepted" the settlement, the status will be "completion pending" for both partners.
When both Parties will have accepted the settlement (similar to the signature process), the status will change from "completion pending" to "completed".
2/Reject process:
When one Party rejects the settlement, the timeline will be extended to allow uploading a new usage report file (agreement will remain as is).
The Timeline will be extended from "upload a new usage report" until the completion process like developed today.
Note: concerning the agreement renewal flag: it will be defined in the next phase of the project.
