[ ] AFTER signature on both sides, contract status still shows "sent" or "received". After both parties have FULLY signed, the contract status should change to "signed" for both sides. If the contracts have only partially been signed by either party, the status for both parties should be "partially signed". Then we know at least, that the process has been started.

One more thing I noticed:

The status of a contract does not change. It is always “sent” or “received”. Even then when I accept the settlement report. In my opinion, the status should change at least when • Both parties have signed > “signed” • Both parties have accepted the settlement report > “closed”

Not sure if this was brought up by Pascal or Elira already …
