canSign VS canSignDocument + test cases #49

Documentation, Chaincode, and wiki use a different extended flag for certs that are allowed to create signatures. There are "canSign" and "canSignDocument"

Todo:

find out which is correct and update all occurances to a single name.
add chaincode tests to check for this flag.
add tests for misspelled/missing attribute names (this should fail!)
add both tests to test_query.sh

Most cases used "CanSignDocument". Therfore I decided to use this flag name and updated it in the wiki as well. @sgerhardt-trilobyte : Please use CanSignDocument in the UI as well.
