Margins / layout for CCv2 #243

It looks like we're missing some margins in the CCv2 layout, in that the main body/content has margin: 0 by the looks:

Maybe the content has been taken outside of <div class="volto-width-container--wide">?

Also, someone needs to check whether Lewis was already on this in #190 and #195.

It looks as though volto-width-contrainer--wide is used in the volto-govuk-theme in App.jsx, overriding the default, but then isn't used in volto-climatechange-elements, which again overrides the volto-govuk-theme component.
