Looking at alignment for this dataset just putting some notes down: Only the following 3 sheets have been transformed Table 1 - COVID Deaths Table 2 - All Deaths Table 3 - Deaths by location all the other sheets are graphs and data for those graphs. Although most of these other sheets reference the first 3 sheets there is some extra data, such as population on sheet Figure 4 data. Ignoring for now just to get datasets through to PMD4

There's an inconsietency in the documentation here:

The spreadsheet specifies that "Week numbers are allocated in accordance with ISO8601. We have used this method since 2016 for the data for 2016 onwards.". This ISO standard requires that weeks are said to start on mondays, however the notes associated with the dataset specify that the weeks begin on sundays.

Could a BA get back to the producer and clarify which is the case?

Ike Adiele contacted NRS and they have confirmed that the dates do indeed conform with the ISO8601 specification and so start on Mondays. NRS will be updating the 'Notes' document accordingly.

Could possibly be joined up with https://github.com/GSS-Cogs/family-covid-19/issues/96. Needs investigating
