As part of stage 2 alignment and harmonisation, we need to properly define and describe the dimensions and measures used in these datasets so that users can understand how to compare/contrast the different datasets.
In the first instance, for each dataset, write the definition of each dimension/measure used as the rdfs:comment for that dimension/measure.
DOD: confirm how we do this and give an example.
Bung it in the info.json file as part of the mapping.
