The online price changes for high demand products dataset uses ref-periods of P7D. Presumably these are actually weeks? Weeks are supported by the intervals ontology e.g. http://reference.data.gov.uk/id/week/2020-W45. Using weeks instead of seven day intervals might be clearer (both in terms of URIs and labels).
