168 (Dataset recently updated which has different dimensions compared to the dataset applied during development. Needs discussion)

  1. Completed stage-1 transform of the dataset
  2. Cubes class added
  3. TransformTrace is added
  4. Period column is formatted
  5. OBS and DATAMARKER columns are renamed
  6. Dataframe columns with string value are pathified
  7. Dataframe columns with finite values are formatted as pandas category data type
  8. Value column is based on measure type stated in the title of each sheet in the dataset
  9. Country code column is added based on country name column
  10. Notes from the dataset is also added as scraper dataset comment
