The URI template in the mapping for time periods needs to be http://reference.data.gov.uk/id/{+period} -- the + is there to pass through / characters without escaping them and the day/ part of the path shouldn't be there as the values in the CSV are all gregorian-intervals.

As the unit column is always the same it can be removed, and needs to be removed for now until we sort out the measure dimension mapping. Also, the column is titled 'Area unit'.

Should coin a new dimension if for Area if that's what the publisher calls it?

Also, the values in Area code need to be upper-cased E12000004 etc.

We need a definition for "outbreaks" and we can now add it to https://github.com/GSS-Cogs/ref_common/blob/master/codelists/measurement-units.csv.

BA's comments:

Nothing critical but some general observations: Unit of Measure still uri COVID19 Outbreaks column showing “taggedvalue:” Metadata page has multiple links which seem to link to reference data on PMD. No doubt good info for technical people but might be confusing for general User, may be worth getting User Research views. Landing page link returns an error. Transform Spec - don’t follow all of it (knowledge gap on my part) but seems to make sense overall.
