Pipeline is only currently outputting one of two datasets as they are measuring different things and Jenkins can only currently cope with one measure and unit type. Also Cumulative Count data has been removed from the published dataset for the same reason. Put in fixed column but the mapping code needs fixing rather than this pipeline. This is currently in progress.

Lots of data has been removed since this transform was started, we now only have one table for Testing in care homes. I have changed the title to Testing for COVID-19 in adult care homes in Scotland to reflect this.
