Many of these are due to us changing the URIs for the datasets (cubes) when we've creating more than one data cube per source dataset.
Perhaps the easiest solution is to remove all the datasets (for a given source) and then re-run the Jenkins pipeline.
Do this using the http://gss-data.org.uk/admin pages.
