Smallest Geography breakdown is Country Wide

Pretty straightforward. Tabs define both period and scope.

Will encode periods based on tabs
Will encode geography scope based on tabs
Waffle using databaker loop.

Quarterly for UKNI, and the 4 nations in single cube, quarter length excluded, period created from year+quarter, geography code assigned via dictionary.

There's two issues with this after talking with J.

[x] Annual data needed
[x] Need to add data makers and units

Once both are ticked, ready for a DM again.

Quick comments. What's in place in terms of transform looks good so far.

Map Category according to the fuel codelist. A quick eyeball suggests new fuels may need to be added t the codelist (e.g. onshore-wind and offshore-wind) which whoever looks at this should go ahead and do. It would be good within the codelist to set parent = wind for those categories.

I would set what's currently HEAD to be the Measure Type. I would drop Share of Electricity Generated. For units write % as percent.

BA comments Transformation looks fine, notwithstanding known issues and following observations:

No filter for period or region. Some column measurements have many decimal points Latest update according to landing page 11/03/2021 but don't see any mention of this on PMD.
