Lowest Geography breakdown is Local Authority - small amount of data on one tab

Transform has been done, and outputted to single cube. Data appears as a draft on PMD, will need DM attention to sort out URIs and the like. Will need Measure Types adding to that codelist once they've been looked at and confirmed

Transform has been updated to include the quarterly data added this month, however the 02 tab had to be removed as the data no longer reconciles with the new data. This has been raised to be investigated.

Known issues apart, overall looks fine with following observations: No filters http address showing in some Period column cells As noted above Q2 tab data doesn't seem to reconcile with Jan 2021 data but not an issue for EDV Phase II purposes. May need addressed in future.
