Couple of Tabs with LA geography breakdown, most accreditations and a little data on installed capacity

Lots of tabs, each tad doesn't necessarily represent a datacube (or in some cases, arguably slices of many).

I could spend a week on this and come up with something completely different to what a DM wants, so moved it over, seems like a strong candidate for spec first.

BA comments Transformation looks good, notwithstanding known issues and the following remarks;

No filter for on geography or period for either PMD dataset
Latest release 17 June, PMD shows 24 May for both PMD datasets
For "RHI deployment data - Application Numbers, domestic and non-domestic" can't see any entries in capacity column, possibly hide?
For "RHI deployment data - Capacity (MW)" can't see any entries in applications column, possibly hide?
