Data has been published to PMD as one dataset. Could be split out into several but kept it as one to make things easier.

@LPerryman BA Feedback: The dimension Indice of Deprivation should be updated to Indices or Index of Deprivation. All occuarnce of indice should be updated to either Indices or Index. Measure type is shown as a URL One of the dimensions is shown as a URL

@RedWalters You've got a build problem. The build ran for over 2 days over the weekend and now doesn't seem to complete in a reasonable time. Build issue fixed, meta data updated closer to the new codelist/info.json setup Still needs a little work to flesh out the draft tests

removed temp scraper from this pipeline. We do have a scraper for this, it's just a catalogue scraper, so we need to do something like scraper.select_dataset(<some clever lambda to get the dataset we want>) before we call .distribution.

transform will need a tweak so moving it back.
