Quick spec:

Period = 2018. Region - take TOWN11CD in the spreadsheet. Industry - Take the headers Total, Agriculture, forestry & fishing (A), Mining, quarrying & utilities (B,D and E) etc. and do the following:

• If a single letter is referenced in the label e.g. Agriculture, forestry & fishing (A) then return that letter with some prefixed text, e.g., http://gss-data.org.uk/def/trade/concept/standard-industrial-classification-2007/A.
