Was failing the SPARQL "Testcase Concepts Max of One Sort Priority". Checked the local industry codelist and it only had one sort priority column. This pull request attempts to solve the problem by removing the local Industry codelist and programming the info.json file to create a new code list using the descriptive name part of the Industry column's values.

25/02/2022 update: I have removed the measure and unit columns for the dataset and updated the info.json based on @robons comment https://github.com/GSS-Cogs/family-trade/pull/325#pullrequestreview-891255263

Have manually merged these changes onto main, currently fixing some errors. Will close the PR when they pass
