Project sorting option in GSSOC24 website. #473

I want to add a sorting option in project section, where use can be able to sort the projects in either of two ways.

  1. Sort projects according to number of issue created (Both decreasing and non decreasing)
  2. Sort project in alphabetical order. (A->Z)

Allow me to work on this issue.
