The hyperparameter tuning tutorial just takes you to the gstt-csc homepage, should probably indicate that it's a WIP.

We will produce an example application using a publically available dataset, e.g. MOANI spleen seg, mednist or similar. Project guidance:

• This application should make use of as many MLOps features as possible
• Primarily this will be an educational tutorial tool so should be written in a clean and concise way
• An accompanying blog post style guide to writing a model and parameter tuning will be written to help others understand the mlops platform
