Add scripts to query CogStack #28

We should add scripts to query CogStack as an alternative to using the GUI.

@tomaroberts @dangerdika Would you suggest we recreate this page on the new CSC website (e.g. in the Handbook), or absorb as an SOP in this XNAT repo (especially since we sometimes use CogStack as part of XNAT projects)?

Also, I thought the Jupyter Book from our recent QMS hackathon looked great, so maybe we can use them here, too, and similarly link on website?

as public as possible please (i.e. website)! I fear that there are quite a few things on the old website that we need to bring over to the new...

heyhaleema commented 1 year ago

@hshuaib90 In that case, what do you think about either:

hshuaib90 commented 1 year ago

I'm leaning towards a new section "Guides" under "Policy". we can have appropriate hyperlinks from Platforms, handbook and other sections as necessary.

hshuaib90 commented 1 year ago

Happy to hear pros/cons of other approaches

tomaroberts commented 1 year ago

I would put this in the Handbook section, or Resources. The People/Platforms/Policy sections on the site were intended to be general information around those topics, rather than containing technical info for CSC members.

tomaroberts commented 1 year ago

Actually... is this guide for CSC members or external people who want to use XNAT? Is it a service?

dangerdika commented 1 year ago

Its the SOP for how to use XNAT and how to use CogStack that are the SOPs for CSC, and guides on anonymisation that are useful for both CSC members and our collaborators.

I don't have a strong feeling on this tbh, so suggest going wherever you feel it's best placed.

Only reason I was asking if it's a service, is that we've alluded to having a Services section on the website in the past, such as once the QMS matures to the point that people come to us to use it, etc. This might be appropriate for such a section as well.
