updated instructions for Mac M1 chip users #102

I'm am inclined to close this PR for two reasons: 1) I've had RabbitMQ running on my M1 Macbook previously, so not sure this is an issue unless something recently has caused incompatibility? And, 2) Laurence has now implemented a docker compose for hazen-web-app which makes installation a lot easier because it automatically starts the various processes.

Any thoughts?
