Reports URL #62

Should we remove the series identifier (Series table ID or series UID) from the report URL or update this to be calling the series UID variable (and therefore be renamed in both this routes.py and associated html as series_UID)?

If the former, let's raise an issue otherwise let's keep the naming consistent, i.e. replace acquisition with series.

Using session dictionaries to pass information between pages, rather than via the URL where possible.

I think this issue is no longer applicable with the latest version of the webapp
