Some docstrings not rendering on website documentation #64

Minor issue. As mentioned on Tuesday, some of the docstrings are not loading on the website. They are in slice_width.py in hazenlib on lines 38, 88, 124 and 594. The first and last are under function definitions whereas the middle two aren't (I'm assuming they might not display on purpose).

@heyhaleema if you're working on this.

This issue is probably superseded by #76, assuming we're talking about the docstrings appearing when tasks are selected on the website? Since we switched to new hazenlib none of the docstrings are coming up! The docstrings in hazenlib might be in the wrong place or we might need to change where the webapp looks for them.
