add geometric distortion instructions on the read-the-docs and add https on the [DOCS] button

currently, read-the-docs does not contain the instructions for geometric distortion while it does have instructions for all other tasks.

This instructions should be added to the read-the-docs and then the https link should be added in the [DOCS] button underneath the task in the login page
