Create a citable reference for Hazen #265

It would be useful to have a citable reference for hazen, this can take the form of a Zenodo abstract.

The citations.cff is citable but will not connect any citations to a future publication, using Zenodo will making the software citable and through OpenAIRE integrates them into existing reporting lines

We could put together a short Arkiv paper or something similar too.

I think the Zenodo abstract will be a quicker solution since @hshuaib90 already has an abstract text from a previous IPEM meeting. I agree arXiv is a good option but would need us to write a full paper, which I'm not sure we have the capacity for in the short term. Eventually a proper paper should be written, the advantage of creating a zenodo abstract is it allows hazen to be cited and those citations carry over to the eventual publication with just the abstract we already have.
