Updated tasks.rst and references.bib #415

The tasks.rst file has been updated to include descriptions of all tasks, including for both the ACR and MagNET phantoms. Images have been removed for now (SNR showed wrong analysis method) but will be fully added back in in a later version. Relaxometry description remains as is.

Dev tests are failing as Becky did not have 'Write' permissions on this repo therefore GitHub Automation could not write/update the test coverage files. All pytests are passing and this update is only changing documentation not functionality.
