Slice position only measuring on slice 11 #446

Describe the bug From a recent QA on a Siemens Sola, we found that the slice position test only gave a result for slice 11 and not slice 1. Screenshot below and data set attached.

Note that all other tests worked ok, and slice position test worked for other orientations.

OS: Sonoma 14.6.1
Python version 3.9
Hazen version 1.3.2 (see issue 430)
Deployment venv

This happened again on a QA of a Siemens Aera. I am attaching the data sets.
