INDEX field might be confusing for new users #9

In the order section of the user guide, for delete its mentioned that we should use deleteo INDEX to remove the order, however one might be confused as there is also an ordering when selecting an individual person's details. A clarification that the user needs to listo initially to get the actual order in the order list could make the usage more smooth
