Works extremely poorly on cvs files that span more than one screen

Title. The first page or so works fine, but the more you scroll, the messier it becomes. The extension may add Inlay hints in the middle of values, seemingly at random, in way that renders columns uneven (even if they were even before!)

if you keep scrolling down, the number of inlay hints gradually reduces (even in lines that had some before), until it eventually renders no hints anymore, making the extension ineffective past a certain point

please fix, i was actually looking forward to using this if i have time, i may take a look myself too

I'll put a note on the readme including this as a known issue and publish that, so other users are aware

Yes please do investigate if you get time. I'll do the same. The code is really simple -- I think you'll see when/if you open it up haha
