Nested active_items subfolders in history

Re-running the Load_Items_E2E pipeline is creating a probably undesired nested subfolder structure:

That's an issue i've already adressed in the next version. In general we'll do an redesign of the history section, which will have the subject at the top level:

With this we unfiy how the history data get stored and allow also to reuse existing solutions, which for example give us the Gateway logs in a similar format.
