Stores all fluids possible into AE, overflowing into a 32,000 L buffer.

Acts as a normal MV Output Hatch when not connected to ME.

No idea how to add translations, ru_RU.lang seems incomplete when it comes to hatches...

Also needs a recipe but I don't know how to get ImpactRecipeModules to detect my new gregtech.jar so I can't test: https://github.com/dsledz/impactRecipesModule/commit/5698cd0d00e1ed27985b54888bc5499987139325
