Seq Lab: Re-write runsheet generation script, clean up workflow chain

Re-write script to handle NovaSeq X (3000 no longer planned for ESP LIMS).

Need to also update / replace sequencing ESP nodes downstream.

Filename should be based on Flowcell ID in LIMS worksheet.

Runsheet values should be based on ESP entity IDs.

Add new QC fields to Illumina Libraries, Pools, and Dilutions under a new QC category / tab.

The NovaSeq workflow currently in ESP should be pretty well adaptable for the NovaSeqX workflow with just a few minor changes. Specifically, the only real difference is the number of lanes will go from 4 to 8.

We will need to continue development on the MiSeq workflow and this should still be considered part of MVP. That being said, most of what we are doing on the MiSeq now is manual and not done through the lims. If this must be pushed back to focus on the NovaSeq X for July release, then we won’t be in too much of a bind to have that as part of the September deadline.

Need to account for Library Pools, and Pools of Pools.

Both Pools & Libraries can be sent to sequencing via the Illumina Setup protocol!
