  1. Add data links for top-up fields for child samples

  2. Add additional top-up fields to Dilutions, Pools, and Libraries:

    • Top-Up Date Requested
    • Top-Up Analysis Notes

  3. Add the new top-up fields to the Bulk Sample Search results

  4. Update custom entity view for pools

  5. Write a pipeline script for the top-up protocol that assigns the top-up SR value and date requested value to all parent libraries of a pool, and will tag each sample with the new top-up SR.In Web Tools, the user will search on the original SR to find samples with top-up.

Number of requested reads for top-up does not need to be added to parent libraries of pools.
