Hi All,

Here are the parameters for standard CLE dilutions/aliquots for library construction:

Clinical Samples = 500ng in 50uL of Buffer EB Negative Control = 5uL + 45uL of Buffer EB HD200 Control = 250ng in 50uL of Buffer EB Other Positive Controls = 500ng in 50uL of Buffer EB Amplified WGS = 500ng in 30uL of water - will be going away PCR-Free WGS = 500ng in 25uL Buffer RSB Amplified WGS Negative Control = 5uL + 25uL of water PCR-Free Negative Control = 5uL + 20uL of Buffer RSB

Clinical samples that do not meet these criteria will likely still proceed though there will be exceptions based upon the minimum required input per assay.
